Elder McQuiston was set apart by President Hancock on July 12th at 10:15 pm. Yep 10:15 pm! Dad had meetings in Chicago and was suppose to arrive home at 7:30 so he could be set apart at 8:30pm. But he missed his flight by 3 minutes and didn't arrive home until 9:30pm. Luckily we were able to wait and have everyone together for his setting apart. What a sweet experience that was. We were able to share some thoughts and a Testimony with him and then he shared his Testimony with us. Dad became his first companion!
